Thanks for signing up to be a TRC PowerBoard!
Allow me to sincerely apologize for my procrastination in getting this
listing compiled and sent out. I find that time slips away very quickly
lately. Thanks for your patience.
I have provided you with the SUPPORT.LST file, which I will be including
in each of the utilities released. The SUPPORT.SML is the small support
file listing that I will post when someone asks "Where can I get such
and thus?" The PBLOGO.TXT file is something small you may like to post
on logon or at the top of your FILES.BBS. Modify it in any way you
like. If you happen to create something particularly catchy or
attractive, by all means, send on this way so that I may see it.
As a PowerBoard, you should try to get the E01/601 TRC PowerSource echo
(which has been made public as of the week of 2/11/91) and post it for
sysops. You have also been placed on my MMR Distribution list and will
get info on stuff as it is released.
Should you have a means to do so, point your netmail to me as close to
032/001 as you can. Perry of 032/001 is my only connect at this time.
He keeps a library of everything I have, so should you need anything PDQ
and can't get onto my board for the smokin' new stuff, his is most
likely the next best place. Perry is also auto-FAing utilities to those
who call him and request to be placed on a list.
Our releases will be in a package named TRCXXYY.ZIP (TRC0214.ZIP would
be a 2/14/1991 release). Don't post these on your board, but the
contents inside (which will be the new release(s), a FILES.BBS and any
other information necessary)
Any PowerBoard releases will be named PBXXYY.ZIP. These will contain
updated PowerBoard information. If you wish to keep an updated
SUPPORT.LST file as a bulletin, that'd be cool too...
Thanks again for helping me out. As soon as they get in I will send
you guys a handful of my new business cards... they should be pretty
snazzy <fingers crossed... I had to use a Macintosh to do the logo..
yipes!> :)
If I can be of any further assistance, if you want to bitch me out
for any reason, or if you just need to shoot the bull, give me a call
anytime at 615-691-8776.
Regards,
Cory
